🚗 Product & Performance
What makes DashOne Pro better than standard dash cams?
DashOne Pro delivers high-end, professional performance at a fraction of the cost. Packed with crystal-clear 1080p Ultra-HD video, a massive 170° wide-angle lens, intelligent G-Sensor collision locking, and advanced low-light night vision, it offers complete road coverage and total peace of mind without expensive installation fees.
Does DashOne Pro record automatically?
Yes! As long as it is plugged into your vehicle’s 12V power outlet, DashOne Pro automatically powers on and begins recording the moment you start your engine. When you turn your car off, it safely completes the recording and powers down automatically.
How does Loop Recording work?
DashOne Pro features smart Continuous Loop Recording. It divides video into seamless 1-, 3-, or 5-minute clips. When your MicroSD card reaches full capacity, the camera automatically overwrites the oldest unlocked video file, ensuring you never run out of storage space or miss a single second on the road.
What is the G-Sensor collision lock?
The built-in 3-axis G-Sensor detects sudden impacts, harsh braking, or collisions. The moment an incident occurs, DashOne Pro instantly locks and protects that specific video file in a secure folder so it can never be accidentally deleted or overwritten by the loop recording feature.
How does the 24/7 Smart Parking Guard work?
Even when your car is parked and turned off, DashOne Pro’s internal motion and vibration sensors stay active. If someone hits your parked car, backs into you, or attempts a break-in, the camera instantly wakes up, records a protected video clip of the incident, and saves it securely. (Note: Continuous 24/7 parking mode may require an optional hardwire kit).
How well does DashOne Pro work at night?
DashOne Pro features high-dynamic-range (HDR) imaging and enhanced infrared sensors designed specifically to balance high-contrast lighting. It automatically brightens dark areas while dampening glare from oncoming headlights, ensuring license plates, street signs, and details remain sharp even on unlit roads.
🛠️ Setup & Technical Specs
Do I need professional installation?
Not at all! DashOne Pro is 100% plug-and-play. Simply mount the camera onto your windshield using the high-suction mount, plug the power cable into your cigarette lighter / 12V outlet, and you’re ready to drive in under 3 minutes.
What size MicroSD memory card should I use?
DashOne Pro supports Class 10 (or higher) MicroSD cards up to 128GB (sold separately or available in bundled packages). For optimal performance, we recommend formatting your memory card inside the camera settings prior to first use.
How do I view or download my video files?
You have two easy options:
- Wireless App Sync: Connect your smartphone directly to DashOne Pro’s built-in Wi-Fi signal to view, download, or share video footage instantly using our free app.
- Computer Transfer: Remove the MicroSD card from the camera and insert it into your computer via a memory card reader to copy or review files.
Does DashOne Pro obstruct my view while driving?
No. DashOne Pro was engineered with an ultra-compact, low-profile chassis designed to sit discreetly behind or beside your rearview mirror, giving you a crystal-clear view of the road ahead.
